About The Position

As a Finance Transformation - Finance Operations Consulting - Experienced Associate, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role involves assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Finance practice, you will be part of a team that provides consulting services related to financial management and strategy, helping clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You are expected to take ownership and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience

Nice To Haves

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles
Supporting complex finance transformation initiatives
Knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations
Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
Utilizing financial forecasting techniques to drive strategic decisions
Applying knowledge of financial internal controls to enhance operations
Excelling in accounts payable and receivable management
Developing skills in financial statement preparation and review

Responsibilities
