As our Manager Centralized Clinical Operations Center, you will be providing clinical leadership and daily operational oversight of both nursing practice and non licensed team members within the newly formed Centralized Clinical Operations Center. This position ensures evidence-based nursing standards of clinical practice are in place in a regulatory compliant environment with a focus on ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality and customer and patient satisfaction. Every day you will provide strong communication/change management skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and work groups across the Region. You will be expected to ensure compliance with standards of patient care/practice, safety/risk management guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements is essential to this position. Work requires an operational knowledge of the concepts, standards and practices of inpatient care inclusive of critical care, patient access and remote monitoring services. This position routinely interfaces with site-based nursing and clinical leadership which necessitates the incumbent is skilled in conflict resolution, change management and consensus building skills. To be successful in this role you must: 1) administering department budget with fiscal responsibility, 2) managing, developing and evaluating team member performance, 3) implementing and monitoring clinical quality initiatives, 4) enhance/streamline current workflows and 5) performing ongoing performance improvement activities across all teams within the Centralized Clinical Operations Center.
