Bulkley Valley Credit Union is seeking a Centralized Operations Administrator to support the overall operations of the credit union and play a key part in enhancing member experience, operational efficiency, and data quality. This role will contribute to compliance reporting, automation initiatives, quality control, and administrative functions that strengthen the brand and support the branches. The administrator will review loan and deposit documents for compliance, identify and report deficiencies for corrective action, and recognize opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services. The successful candidate will demonstrate BVCU’s Enhanced Service Commitment, establish strong member relationships, and work collaboratively as a team member, setting a personal example of service and professionalism.
