About The Position
The Manager, Category Management is instrumental in supporting the shaping of our indirect procurement strategy and driving adoption within the organization. The incumbent possesses a strong background in category management, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to teamwork and ingenuity, contributing to significant savings and optimized spend.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experience with Ivalua is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage one to two indirect categories, representing approximately $50M of spend.
- Develop and execute strategic category plans (40% strategic planning, 60% hands-on execution).
- Drive savings initiatives and optimize spend under management.
- Improve procurement cycle times for assigned categories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of indirect procurement processes.
- Travel globally approximately 10% of the time.
