As a Manager Campus Facilities Maintenance, you'll lead the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of Southwest's buildings, grounds, and infrastructure at our Corporate Campus in Dallas, Texas. This role leads campus maintenance operations, specialized internal Teams, and vendor partners to ensure critical facilities and systems operate reliably and effectively. You'll oversee maintenance programs for complex building systems, including electrical infrastructure and engineering-related initiatives, while partnering with mechanical service providers and other contractors to support campus performance. Responsibilities include managing operations and maintenance activities, vendor contracts and budgets, safety and regulatory compliance, asset and capital planning, campus space strategies, and stakeholder relationships to deliver facility solutions that support evolving business needs. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
