ABOUT THE ROLE The Manager of Business Performance will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field required
- 6+ years of experience in business performance management
- Proficiency in BIA Advance and manager Stack
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a team environment that generates accurate, impactful reports
- Enhance the relationship between programs and the business performance group
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends that impact the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, cost optimization, and increased efficiency
- Work closely with department heads and team leaders to establish performance targets, benchmarks, and action plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business intelligence and performance management
- Drive initiatives to enhance data quality, data governance, and data visualization capabilities within the organization
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, optimize data collection processes, and streamline reporting mechanisms
