About The Position

The Corporate Strategy team is looking to hire a strong business operations manager to own and drive high impact business programs that enable the company's growth. This role is a business operation program manager role, which requires experience at the strategic and operational level. You will be partnering with the Chief-of-Staff and 'C'-level leaders on driving strategic initiatives for the company. The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is focused on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. We work on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team works closely with the CEO, our executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape strategy and drive execution. Requirements

Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration required
5+ years of experience owning and driving cross-functional initiatives at the Executive level at software or SaaS companies
Experience working at a Software company on the business operations side
Experience driving company level QBRs and orchestrating OKR process
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Self-starter than can launch and manage multiple programs at the same time
Strong problem solver that can look at "the art of the possible" and come up with solutions in a fast paced environment
Effective collaborator that can leverage partners across the company to deliver impact

Responsibilities

Own and drive large cross-functional corporate initiatives
Lead annual strategic planning preparation
Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency
