About The Position

The Manager, Site Business Enablement will support the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement, with a focus on driving efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Director, Procurement Lead, Site Business Enablement, this role will partner with site and functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities that deliver measurable P&L impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple sites. Key areas of focus may include tail spend optimization, support of site category strategy implementation, catalog strategy expansion, and change management activities enabling adoption and long-term value realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, business enablement, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of accountability, urgency, and professionalism.

  • Experience with category management, spend optimization, catalog strategy, or process improvement strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting change management and implementation activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the identification and execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization opportunities.
  • Partner with site Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and implementation of priority initiatives.
  • Analyze spend, process, and operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost avoidance, and improved business performance across sites.
  • Drive tail spend optimization efforts through spend analysis, opportunity assessment, solution implementation, and tracking of benefit realization.
  • Enable implementation and expansion of catalog strategies to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and standardization opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor change management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Accountable for monitoring project progress, tracking benefits, and communicating results, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable approaches that enhance operational consistency across sites.
  • Contribute to delivery of P&L impact through savings, efficiency gains, and value realization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and business value delivery.
