As the Manager, Business Development & Licensing – Experiences (UCAN & LATAM), you will be a key strategic partner to the Director, BD & Licensing, and a central pillar for our licensed experiences business in the Americas. You will lead the end-to-end evaluation of new licensed opportunities, from inbound triage through deal recommendation, and help shape how Netflix brings its stories to life across touring and permanent attractions in the region. This role blends strategic analysis, market scouting, and relationship-building. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality pipeline of partners, developing the business cases behind our deals, and ensuring that opportunities are aligned with our global strategy, brand, and financial goals.
