About The Position

As a Manager, Business Development & Acquisitions supporting SPECIFIC TEAM or CUSTOMER, you will be trusted to evaluate potential strategic partnerships (e.g.: M&A, Licensing, Equity Investments etc.) that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will be expected to analyze opportunities, deliver presentations to senior management and support negotiations and deal execution. This is out of our Fort Worth, TX office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs. Assoc.+11 yrs.; M.S.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and analyze potential acquisition, merger, and licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Company and industry research and analysis
  • Financial evaluation and modelling of potential investment opportunities (comparable analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, financial impact analysis, etc.)
  • Mergers & Acquisition transaction execution (e.g., strategy, due diligence, negotiation, definitive documentation, and integration)
  • Manage ongoing alliances as the business representative to extract the most value from the relationship
