About The Position

Reporting to Senior Director, Business and Product Strategy, the Manager, Business & Product Strategy will manage high-impact strategic projects across our brands that drive significant business impact and deliver exceptional value for our users. The manager will lead and drive a wide variety of strategic initiatives related to stock market data and tools from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. They will be a solutions-oriented problem solver who is capable of managing multiple workstreams and diving into the deepest details of any part of a project. You will have the unique opportunity to work across all core areas of the business, including Product, Marketing, and Editorial, providing a holistic and expansive view of our organization. This is not a maintenance role; it is a builder's role for a strategic thinker who excels at execution and is eager to leave a significant mark. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or product management
  • Strong track record of leading projects from ideation to completion
  • Deep knowledge of investing and the financial markets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and build business cases
  • Team oriented and collaborative with eagerness to help others
  • Aspiration to be challenged and learn

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in digital media is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Concurrently manage multiple business-impacting projects from conception to execution
  • Manage cross-functional working groups, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to advance key projects
  • Hold project teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
  • Use competitive research, financial models, data analysis to suggest strategic directions
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to conduct in-depth data analysis, define KPIs, and establish robust tracking mechanisms for all projects.
