About The Position

As the Manager, Business Analytics, you will lead a team of Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts and low-code platform specialists, providing strategic and technical direction. In this role, you are accountable for delivering trusted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing the Enterprise Semantic Model (ESM), and creating decision-ready analytics that drive business value. You will lead an agile team using Scrum and Continuous Integration and Development (CI/CD), champion the BI Community of Practice (CoP), and collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Architecture, Data Platform, and Data Governance teams. You will guide the development of low-code apps and analytics solutions that complement enterprise systems, leveraging deep knowledge of Ledcor’s operations and technologies to improve business insights and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience managing data & analytics teams, Information Services and Business Leaders
  • Proven experience in creating and executing data analytics strategies aligned with business goals
  • Skilled in engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable plans and solutions
  • Experience building and delivering solutions using Power Platform tools, with strong understanding of low-code development lifecycles
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences and advise on large-scale implementations
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, SQL, and data modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD practices for iterative development and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with a cloud-based data intelligence platform such as Databricks

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, setting clear growth paths, performance standards, and mentoring frameworks
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and development planning while coaching the team in day-to-day tasks
  • Lead and scale the BI Community of Practice through monthly forums, workshops, hackathons, mentorship, and content certification initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies, semantic models, and data quality checks ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Establish and enforce design templates, DAX standards, performance benchmarks, and documentation practices through CoP and peer reviews
  • Manage intake and prioritization using agile Scrum methodology and align with business priorities and stakeholders
  • Drive CI/CD adoption for BI using DataOps principles, including version control, automated testing, and multi-environment deployment pipelines
  • Translate executive priorities into measurable KPIs, maintain roadmaps, manage communications, and drive alignment across departments
  • Promote modern BI practices, explore AI-powered analytics (e.g., Copilot), and build capabilities for real-time and embedded analytics
