You as a Manager, Business Analyst – D365 F&O / CRM Lead and manage the Dynamics 365 technical support team, including: Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Support Administrator F&O Developer expanding into CRM/CE development Establish clear goals, priorities, service expectations, and accountability across the team. Conduct performance management activities (coaching, feedback, development plans). Support skills development and capability building—especially as CRM/CE demand increases. Contribute to workforce planning (capacity, role clarity, hiring recommendations as needed). Own and improve the platform operating model across F&O and CRM/CE: intake and prioritization backlog management change control and release governance documentation and knowledge management stakeholder communications and reporting cadence Ensure Dynamics 365 solutions align to enterprise standards for security, controls, compliance, and supportability. Establish and maintain functional quality standards (requirements, UAT rigor, acceptance criteria, release readiness). Provide senior functional leadership across: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) (primary operational accountability) Dynamics 365 CRM / CE implementations and enhancements (growing portfolio) Partner with architecture/engineering teams and vendors to ensure scalable, integrated solutions aligned to corporate objectives. Drive prioritization decisions using business value, risk, capacity, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with business leaders and corporate functions to define and evolve the ERP and Dynamics 365 strategy, including: platform roadmap and multi‑year capability planning cross‑department requirements harmonization adoption strategy and business readiness evaluation of new Dynamics 365 capabilities and release impacts Provide executive‑level reporting on platform health, delivery status, risks, and value realization. Build strong partnerships with internal business units and external vendors while protecting organizational priorities and standards. Ensure clear governance for vendor deliverables, solution quality, and accountability. This is the right role for you if: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Functional Leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (enterprise environment). Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O); proven track record supporting stable operations and delivering enhancements. Demonstrated people leadership experience (manager, lead with direct reports, or equivalent leadership scope). Strong governance and delivery management experience (release/change control, prioritization, quality gates, stakeholder reporting). Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Functional Leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (enterprise environment).
  • Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O); proven track record supporting stable operations and delivering enhancements.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience (manager, lead with direct reports, or equivalent leadership scope).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE implementations (Sales, Customer Service) and integration considerations with F&O.
  • Exposure to Power Platform and Dataverse concepts.
  • Experience contributing to enterprise application strategy or ERP roadmap planning.
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
