Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and SQL programming.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
- Expertise in coordinating cross-functional processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Skilled in identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous learning and development.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and delivering customer-focused business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

- Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver accurate reports and actionable recommendations.
