About The Position

The Bulk Gas Sales Manager leads and directs the bulk gas sales team and the sale of bulk gases, bulk gas equipment and facilitates contract negotiations. Performance management, plant loading and capital investment management are also key functions of this role. Safety, contract compliance, and training to meet region objectives. This position requires management of commercial and contractual sales, with the ability to make financial decisions and develop standards for work distribution. Directs the development of sales and operational opportunities to drive business expansion. Develops effective sales strategies, in conjunction with regional and national management, encompassing product and market specifics, as well as by supply mode. Directs the Bulk sales team to meet forecasts, P&L targets including revenue, gross margin and EBITDA, quality, safety and other operational objectives. Sets objectives, parameters, and guidelines for the team Coordinates with the Field Service, Bulk Engineering, and other company resources to achieve targets and timelines. Develop legal contract amendments, which include upgrades and extension to contracts. Ensures Bulk team full utilization of SFDC and other platforms. Drives and assists in process improvements across the full commercial spectrum. Assist in training Branch and other local associates Maintains a work environment characterized by mutual respect and is free of unlawful discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Adheres to all federal, state and local EEO laws. Actively supports the company’s affirmative action goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industry, 10+ preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in sales or sales operation
  • High level financial and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven change management skills, including building sponsorship, communications, and stakeholder management
  • Proven integrity in business decision making and customer service
  • Valid state driver's license.
