About The Position

The Manager, Brand Strategy (Family) will help bring global Family strategy to life through strong integrated planning, asset development, and market-ready execution. This role partners closely with the Partnerships team and supports the Director and Senior Manager on priority initiatives—ensuring campaigns are cohesive, on-brief and built for markets to leverage effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and/or campaign development
  • Ability to build integrated plans and translate strategy into clear campaign guidance and assets that teams can use.
  • Comfort with conceptual thinking.
  • Comfort coordinating multiple stakeholders (markets, agencies and cross-functional partners) and keeping projects moving against timelines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills and a high bar for quality.
  • Strong communication skills—able to write clear briefs, synthesize feedback, and create simple narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the new Family Strategy and Future of Play
  • Lead development of the integrated marketing communications (IMC) approach for global Family campaigns, helping connect channel roles, messaging and assets into one cohesive plan.
  • Produce and coordinate core global campaign assets, partnering with internal teams and agencies to ensure deliverables are on time, on brand and easy for markets to adopt.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to manage partner relationships through campaign development—driving alignment, surfacing opportunities, and ensuring partner needs are reflected in plans.
  • Support the Director and Senior Manager on key strategic projects (e.g., Family hospitality, McCafé implementation and other priority initiatives), contributing to analysis, briefs, recommendations and market updates.
  • Bring rigor to the process by managing timelines, inputs and decision points, and by synthesizing feedback into clear next steps that keep teams moving.
