About The Position

CHANEL is looking for a Manager, Boutique Repairs and Maintenance - Southwest, to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will own and elevate the performance of our boutique environment across the region - ensuring each space operates seamlessly, reflects the highest standards of the brand, and supports an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in driving day-to-day repair and maintenance operations, managing vendor partnerships, and supporting boutique teams across Fashion, Watch & Fine Jewelry, Multi-brand Retail, and Ephemeral boutiques. This role interfaces closely with boutique leadership, vendors, and internal partners, and serves as a critical link between strategy and execution. Our ideal candidate brings 5+ years of facilities, construction-related, or retail operation experience and a passion for problem-solving, ownership, and maintaining best-in-class retail environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, construction, or retail operations
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP) and construction drawings
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and execute under pressure
  • Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and processing invoices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a multi-site retail or hospitality environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure boutiques consistently operate at the highest standard - safe, compliant, and visually aligned with brand expectations
  • Drive seamless repair and maintenance operations across a multi-site retail portfolio
  • Build and manage strong vendor partnerships to improve service quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency
  • Identify recurring issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies to improve long-term performance
  • Support boutique teams by minimizing operational disruptions and enabling focus on client experience
  • Contribute to budget transparency and financial tracking across assigned locations
  • Support boutique openings, relocations, and enhancements through coordinated execution and vendor management
  • Provide critical on-the-ground response for urgent facility issues, ensuring business continuity
