A market leader in the advancement of workplace mental health across Canada, through the introduction of new tools such as Lumino Health Virtual Care’s Stress Management and Well-Being program providing members access to mental health and medical specialists 24/7. The role of Manager, Best Practices, R&A, will report to the Director, Accounting & Financial Analysis, joining a fast-paced and energetic Finance team. They will be accountable for reviewing complex processes, refreshing our methodology, exploring further automation, and enhancing documentation. This role is a one year contract with the possibility of Extension. Responsible for analysis, development and ongoing improvements to business practices, processes, procedures and tools. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs. Develops specific business processes and facilitates implementation.
