We are looking for a Benefits Manager who can balance strategy, compliance, analytics, and team member experience while leading scalable programs across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of benefits administration or total rewards experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and leave administration
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong analytical, vendor management, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Canadian and/or UK benefits programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead benefits strategy, benchmarking, renewals, and program enhancements across the U.S., Canada, and UK
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and ancillary benefits
  • Manage annual open enrollment, vendor coordination, audits, communications, and Workday integrations
  • Serve as the primary contact for brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
  • Maintain compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and applicable Canadian and UK regulations
  • Analyze utilization and cost trends to drive data-based recommendations and cost optimization
  • Improve processes, reporting, team member communications, and self-service tools
  • Support team member by resolving complex benefits and leave questions
