About The Position

Responsible for daily management and operations of regional outpatient departments. Provides administrative/clinical supervision to the program staff to ensure all services are delivered according to local, state and federal laws and in compliance with contractual requirements. Works with Director Service Line Leadership to develop strategic goals for outpatient programs and to ensure quality of care for all site Behavioral Health and ensure quality of care for all behavioral health participants.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and administrative leadership through supervision, consultation, training, and support to ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and contractual adherence.
  • Oversees supervisor and team performance through ongoing evaluation, use of data, and quality metrics; adjusts caseloads and work assignments to optimize quality of care, access, and staff productivity.
  • Collaborates with the Director to ensure achievement of programmatic, financial, personnel, and professional development goals.
  • Participates in budget development and actively monitors program performance against established financial and operational benchmarks.
  • Conducts semi-annual performance evaluations; proactively addresses performance concerns and supports staff development, recognition, and retention.
  • Participates in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new staff to ensure appropriate staffing and role readiness.
  • Maintains awareness of emerging trends, evidence-based practices, and regulatory changes through participation in professional organizations and continuing education.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
