About The Position

The Role Bond Beacon is Fidelity’s award-winning proprietary Fixed Income trading platform. As a Support Associate on Fidelity Capital Market’s Fixed Income Sales team, you will support Custody and Clearing clients’ use of Bond Beacon. You will act as a Bond Beacon subject matter expert resolving trade issues and identifying areas for improvement. Advocating for FCM clients in conjunction with Bond Beacon Product and Technology teams to identify and develop improvements to the trading platform. Act as FCM customer’s main point of contact for facilitating cancels, corrections, trade breaks and order status with Bond Beacon contra parties Source street inventory based on client need and execute fixed income trades on their behalf, assuring that appropriate compliance checks and reporting configuration aligns with client’s needs. Familiarize clients with the features, functions, and trading capabilities of Bond Beacon

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
Series 7 and 63 preferred (if not currently registered, such exams must be successfully passed within six months of hire)
3-5 years of brokerage industry experience, preferably in Fixed Income trading or back-office operations
A demonstrated ability to multi-task and assist multiple distribution channels in a fast-paced trading floor environment
Capacity for effective client communication - phone and electronic
A proactive and analytical mindset, working collaboratively with sales team and clients.
Comfort and proficiency with technology

Responsibilities
