About The Position

The Manager of B2B Marketing Strategy (Content & Physician Relations) is responsible for developing content and messaging strategies that drive business growth. The role focuses on creating high-impact marketing materials and enablement tools for key stakeholders, including referring providers, employer partners and business development teams. The Manager partners closely with Physician Relations and Business Development to manage intake, planning and execution of marketing requests, ultimately supporting referral growth and strategic business priorities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing, B2B marketing, business development, physician relations, or employer engagement/solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven experience developing high-quality, professional content and messaging for physician audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in marketing campaign and project management, with a track record of translating complex information into clear, compelling and actionable materials.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and independently within highly-matrixed organizations and remote work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic B2B messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored for referring physicians, employers and strategic partners.
  • Spearhead the creation of high-impact content, materials and marketing campaigns that clearly articulate value and drive engagement across B2B audiences.
  • Translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear, compelling and actionable communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for intake, prioritization and strategic planning of marketing requests from Physician Relations and Business Development teams.
  • Develop and manage relationship manager enablement tools (e.g. presentations, talking points, data sheets, collaterals) to support referral-focused marketing strategies and key business priorities.
  • Collaborate directly with Physician Relationship Managers on materials for outreach, targeted events and strategic relationship-building efforts.
  • Lead the execution of targeted B2B campaigns across relevant traditional and digital channels (omni-channel approach).
  • Oversee the management of creative routing, revisions and coordination with internal Creative Services to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize ROI.
  • Ensure cohesive execution by collaborating closely with Creative Services, CRM, Digital, and service line marketing teams.
  • Partner specifically with the Manager, B2B Marketing Strategy (Design, Digital & EMS) to pair strategic content with effective creative and digital delivery elements.
