About The Position

The Production Services Manager is responsible for the technical preparation, configuration, and execution of live event production systems for University of South Florida Athletics. This position focuses on the loading, testing, troubleshooting, and operation of Daktronics Show Control and related production technologies to ensure seamless event day execution. Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Production Services, this role translates event scripts and marketing run of show documents into executable production workflows within venue technologies. The Manager serves as the primary technical operator for show control systems on game day and plays a key role in identifying and resolving potential issues prior to live events.
