About The Position

This student employee position provides video production support for Belmont Athletic home event broadcasts on ESPN+. Responsibilities include operating video cameras, broadcast graphical elements, communicating with the broadcast director and crew leader, and assisting with equipment setup and breakdown. Periodic data entry, statistical information, and other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Applicant must have Federal Work Study to be considered.
• Operate video camera during athletic competitions.
• Operate broadcast graphical elements (scoreboard, replay, etc.).
• Communicate with assigned broadcast director and crew leader.
• Assist production crew with setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Periodic data entry, statistical information, pictures, logos, etc.
• Duties as assigned.
• Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.
• Must be Federal Work Study approved.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of athletic competition rules, timing and protocol

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with video production equipment a plus, not required.
