About The Position

The (USA) Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the planning and execution of modular assortment initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery. About the team: The Assortment Activation team drives efficient planning and execution within Hardlines categories, ensuring key milestones are achieved with quality and timeliness. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages data and digital tools to enhance execution effectiveness. Requirements

Proven experience in workload planning, resource allocation, and project coordination to meet deadlines with quality and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of modular execution standards and planogram literacy to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Ability to communicate risks, progress, and decisions clearly across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Proficient in data analysis and process improvement to drive informed decision-making and optimize execution practices.
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and adherence to company policies and values.
Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
OR 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.

Responsibilities
