The U.S. Consumer Services and Membership Digital Experiences Technology team (USCDT) brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), marketing and advertising technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and dining technology. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments. The Digital Marketing & Acquisition Technology (DMAT) organization is responsible for enabling customer acquisition, personalization, digital marketing, and marketing technology capabilities across the enterprise. Working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Engineering, AI, and Data, the organization partners closely with business and technology leaders to drive growth, innovation, and digital transformation. We are seeking an exceptional strategic operator to serve as Chief of Staff / Manager Assistant to the Vice President of Digital Acquisition & Marketing Technology. This role extends well beyond traditional executive support. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, strategic thought partner, and operational leader responsible for helping the Vice President maximize organizational effectiveness across one of the largest technology organizations within USCDT. This individual will help shape how the Executive Office operates by proactively identifying opportunities, simplifying complex work, connecting initiatives across organizations, and ensuring the executive remains focused on the highest-value priorities. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, executive communication skills, organizational awareness, and intellectual curiosity. They seek to understand not only what the organization is working on, but why it matters and how individual initiatives connect to the broader Digital Acquisition & Marketing Technology strategy. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex organizational problems, and is equally comfortable discussing technology strategy, organizational planning, executive communications, AI transformation, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Office Leadership: Design, implement, and continuously improve Executive Office operating rhythms and governance processes. Lead planning cadences for leadership meetings, strategic reviews, Town Halls, and executive communications. Establish repeatable operating models that improve organizational effectiveness and reduce reactive work. Drive accountability by ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
  • Executive Communications: Draft executive communications, presentations, speaking materials, leadership updates, and strategic messaging. Translate complex technical and business topics into executive-ready communications appropriate for diverse audiences. Ensure consistent messaging across leadership teams and enterprise partners. Support preparation for executive meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Enterprise Technology organizations. Influence without direct authority by aligning leaders around shared priorities and organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives requiring executive visibility or sponsorship. Serve as a connector across organizations to improve collaboration and remove execution barriers.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance executive productivity. Capture institutional knowledge and develop repeatable playbooks that improve organizational continuity. Build dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and executive insights that support better decision-making. Leverage AI and automation to improve Executive Office workflows, communications, documentation, and knowledge management.
