The ideal Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager is skilled in time management, has strong verbal and written skills, and maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards. This role involves assuming complete responsibility for building security and safety, maintaining access control standards, responding to and reporting security and emergency situations, and partnering with leadership to reduce merchandise loss. The manager will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and coaching Asset Protection employees, reviewing loss prevention reports, and overseeing the training and execution of metal detection procedures. Additionally, this role manages the internal investigations program, trains building managers on opening and closing procedures, maintains confidentiality, and ensures all Asset Protection, Safety, and Security standards are met in a complex, potentially 24-hour operating environment. The position supports a building with over 100 core employees and contributes to the Supply Chain network priorities of ‘Safety, Team, Results'.
