The ideal Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager is skilled in time management, has strong verbal and written skills, and maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards. This role assumes complete responsibility for building security and safety, maintaining access control standards and expectations, and responding to and reporting all store security and emergency situations. The manager will partner with leaders to educate employees about loss reduction, observe behavior for indicators of theft, and manage the internal investigations program. This position also involves training and execution of metal detectors, managing the complexities of a building that may operate 24 hours a day, supporting a building of 100+ core employees, and contributing to the Supply Chain network priorities of ‘Safety, Team, Results'.
