Job Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Director, and Partner leading the service area, region, or industry, the Manager will be responsible for project and client management to deliver high-quality technology solutions. The manager will lead a team and collaborate with senior management to support strategies for business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’ of Science Degree in Business or Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree required for Org Performance.
  • 7+ years’ experience in a professional services firm or 10+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area with 1+ years in professional services.
  • Ability to interpret Fixed Asset Management needs within industry-specific contexts (e.g., Non-Profit, Healthcare, Tribal), applying pattern-based thinking to align solutions with unique operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated accounting and/or system expertise in Fixed Asset Management, with the ability to translate client requirements into effective application configurations.
  • Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.

  • Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise desired

Responsibilities

  • Owns the development and architecture of solutions (either individually or working with others) to develop a clear statement of work based on client requirements and in-depth knowledge of standard applications.
  • Oversees multiple project plans, sets targets for milestones, and identifies and mitigates risk to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop team self-sufficiency through cross-training and knowledge sharing, and mentor and delegate work to ensure staff development.
  • Manages knowledge transfer internally both up and down the team and cross-trains associates in various areas.
  • Develop methodologies, processes, procedures, provides quality control to enhance the team's best practice methodology and library.
  • Applies root cause analysis to assess and propose solutions or alternatives that are linked to client business needs.
  • Actively participates with opportunity leaders or regional teams in business development activities by providing subject leadership and credibility on sales pursuits.
  • Oversees available capacity of consultants and works with others to maximize weekly production.
