About The Position

The Manager of Analytics Business Partners leads the group that represents business needs within Data & Analytics’ operating model. Each Analytics Business Partner (ABP) serves as the business lead for a domain-focused, cross-functional delivery pod and owns its backlog, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder outcomes. The manager oversees analytics intake, routes requests to the appropriate pod, coordinates cross-pod initiatives, and tracks demand, capacity, and results for D&A leadership. The role is accountable for making analytics delivery predictable and valuable. It owns enterprise analytics intake and prioritization, promotes a common business-value model for pod backlogs, and evaluates released capabilities based on their outcomes. It does not own product roadmaps, pricing, or P&L accountability; technical design; or analytical methods. Surescripts uses a Flexible Hybrid Work model for most positions. Employees may work virtually and use offices as collaboration centers, with leadership alignment and agreement. The role’s base pay range is $167,900–$205,300 per year. Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization that permits employment without restrictions; visa sponsorship and employer endorsement of specified academic training programs are unavailable.
