About The Position

The Manager, AI & Digital Marketing Strategy, is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide AI strategy across both candidate acquisition/engagement and client marketing, accelerating growth, efficiency, and customer experience. This leader will define the AI vision and roadmap, build and manage a high-performing team, and deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate blends deep AI/ML and MarTech fluency with pragmatic execution, change leadership, and a strong bias for measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set an enterprise AI/MarTech vision and translate it into a prioritized, outcomes-based roadmap.
  • AI/ML & GenAI Fluency: Hands-on experience with use cases like recommendation systems, predictive scoring, generative content/creative, conversational AI/agents, and marketing decisioning.
  • Omnichannel Personalization: Expertise connecting AI to real-time orchestration across web/app, CRM, CDP, email/SMS, paid media, and contact center.
  • Data & Measurement: Strong understanding of data architecture (CDP/MDM, feature stores, event streaming), experimentation, incrementality, and marketing attribution.
  • Program Execution: Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear milestones, governance, and change management.
  • People Management: Successful history building and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED plus equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or product with 3+ years driving AI/ML related initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare, staffing, marketplaces, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Relevant business and digital technology experience
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, product discovery, experimentation frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing large optimizations for multiple brands

Responsibilities

  • Define and socialize a multi-year AI strategy and operating model spanning candidate and client journeys; align to growth, efficiency, and experience KPIs.
  • Prioritize a clear portfolio of use cases (e.g., AI recruiter agents, next-best-action/personalization, campaign optimization, lead scoring, conversational AI, creative generation, intelligent routing).
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of AI initiatives from discovery to scaled rollout; manage backlogs, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Operationalize AI agents and decisioning across channels (web, app, email/SMS, chat/voice, paid media), ensuring seamless orchestration with MarTech/AdTech, CDP, CRM, and data platforms.
  • Embed responsible AI practices (bias detection/mitigation, transparency, consent, privacy) and vendor risk management.
  • Evaluate and manage AI/MarTech/AdTech vendors and SOWs; own budget planning, ROI models, and commercial negotiations aligned to outcomes.
  • Deliver quarterly readouts showing EBITDA impact, revenue lift, funnel efficiency, and operational productivity gains.
