Step into a senior leadership role where you’ll guide leaders and strengthen collaboration between customer service and relationship management (RM) teams across Western Canada. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Managers of Customer Service (MCS), supporting a broader network of employees who deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers and relationship teams. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the MCS → RMA model by creating clarity, improving execution and building a scalable approach to service delivery. Working closely with partners across FCC, you’ll use data, field insight and strong collaboration to improve outcomes, strengthen relationships and support a consistent customer experience.
