This role supports the day-to-day execution and governance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Delivery across Truist.com and Authenticated Channels. It involves hands-on DAM management, content lifecycle coordination, and AEM authoring support to ensure assets and content are structured, compliant, and efficiently delivered. The position acts as a key partner across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Technology teams to drive consistency, quality, and operational rigor in a regulated environment. Additionally, the role serves as a backup AEM Author for marketing execution and content updates. In accordance with Truist in-office expectations, this role will be in office 5 days/week for candidates living within 35 miles of a Truist hub facility.
