Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields.
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Experience managing complex agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Advisory Solutions Contracting function, establishing governance, controls, and scalable processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and align contracting strategy with business goals.
  • Develop contracting strategies balancing growth objectives with risk.
  • Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
  • Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts.
  • Prioritize requests and maintain service-level timelines.
  • Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements.
  • Enforce governance standards and approval workflows.
  • Own capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Support strategic initiatives and change management.
