About The Position

The Manager, Technology Solutions Contracting provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all contracting activities supporting the Technology Solutions Group. This role involves leading the Technology Solutions Contracting function with strategic oversight and governance, serving as the primary contracting partner to Technology Solutions Leadership, and overseeing the full contract lifecycle including negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout. The position also manages the 1099 and vendor contracting pipeline, ensuring timely onboarding and compliance, and manages the contract request pipeline and service-level timelines. Additionally, the role serves as an escalation point for high-priority contracting requests, leads negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements, and develops contracting strategies balancing growth and risk. The Manager will drive process improvement through automation and standardization, enforce contracting controls and governance standards, own capacity planning and resource allocation, and lead cross-functional pipeline review meetings. The role also involves developing executive reporting and KPIs, monitoring SLAs and operational metrics, maintaining contract systems and data integrity, leading compliance reviews and audit readiness, supporting change initiatives and strategic priorities, and mentoring and developing staff.
