The Manager, Advancement Data and Operations is a critical member of the Advancement Team, responsible for ensuring that our data and systems infrastructure supports BEAM's fundraising goals. This role is fundamentally strategic and analytical — bringing deep knowledge of the team's fundraising needs and how Salesforce can serve them, translating those needs into clear priorities, and working in close partnership with a technical counterpart who oversees Salesforce implementation across the organization, to bring those priorities to life. Equally important, this person actively queries, analyzes, and interprets fundraising data to surface insights that drive decision-making across the Advancement Team. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership over meaningful work. You'll shape how we use and develop Salesforce over time, solve genuine data challenges, and directly support the fundraising that powers BEAM's work with students. The right candidate brings strong relational database skills and a sophisticated understanding of how to work with complex data. We're looking for someone with the experience and judgment to navigate those realities with rigor and problem-solving instincts. Salesforce experience and nonprofit fundraising experience are both preferred. This role also oversees key operational functions for the Advancement team, from building and documenting internal processes to managing vendor relationships and supporting the fulfillment of corporate partner commitments.
