About the team: The Supply Chain Labor Planning team plays a vital role in optimizing Walmart’s extensive logistics network. By leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights, the team anticipates labor demands and enhances workforce allocation to support operational excellence. This group collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop strategic solutions that drive business results. The team values strong project and stakeholder management skills, fostering an environment focused on continuous improvement and effective decision-making to enable associates to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end project scopes, including model development, testing, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills to present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster continuous learning, innovation, and improvement within analytics teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
