About The Position
The (USA) Manager, Advanced Analytics delivers data-driven insights that support strategic business objectives. This role partners with leadership to identify key challenges, develop analytical models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The manager oversees project execution, mentors team members, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions. By applying advanced analytics and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, this position ensures alignment with organizational goals while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence across business areas. The Inventory Flow team leads initiatives that enhance inventory flow and operational efficiency through data-driven insights. This team collaborates closely with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities and develop analytical solutions that improve inventory productivity, availability, cost, and customer experience. Members apply advanced analytics and project management skills to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. The team fosters strong partnerships across functions and supports continuous improvement by leveraging innovative data models and strategic analysis. Leadership within the team emphasizes coaching, stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, including model development, prototype implementation, and risk management.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Excellent communication skills to present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities
