About The Position

Within Walmart Connect, the Platform & Infrastructure Enablement (PIE) team helps Analytics teams use platforms and infrastructure effectively, optimize technical workflows, automate recurring technical work, and build reusable platforms for needs that can scale across teams. The team aims to help Analytics operate and scale efficiently through reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient platforms, infrastructure, and workflows. The Manager, Advanced Analytics owns and advances platform initiatives used across WMC Analytics. The role works directly with Analytics teams to understand recurring technical needs, assess whether enterprise platforms can address them, and determine when reusable platform solutions are warranted. The role independently drives initiatives from definition through delivery, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing improvement, applying technical fluency and hands-on problem solving as needed. Success means taking independent ownership of the Platforms area, driving initiatives through production adoption, building trusted relationships with Analytics users and partner platform teams, and showing measurable value from platforms built or enabled. Over time, the role will help expand the platform portfolio as additional recurring technical needs emerge across WMC Analytics. The position is based at 850 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, California.
