About The Position

The Manager, Advanced Analytics leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies to address complex business challenges. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, advanced models, and innovative solutions that support strategic objectives. The manager oversees project execution, mentors team members, and ensures high-quality analytics outputs. By fostering collaboration and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, this position drives business value through effective data analysis, model development, and implementation of prototypes, while upholding the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence. The Cross Border Solutions team drives revenue growth and marketplace profitability by enabling seamless global selling and shopping experiences. This team supports customers accessing international assortments through local marketplaces and assists sellers in global expansion. Collaborating with Sales, Technology, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Analytics, the team identifies opportunities and develops innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the team emphasizes strategic execution and delivers impactful outcomes that influence key business decisions at senior leadership levels.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and data visualization to drive actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data management to ensure data quality and support data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills to present strategic recommendations and build effective partnerships with business leaders.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
