About The Position

The team leads insights and analytics for the Seller Fulfilled Network and Cross Borders, partnering closely with leadership to address key business challenges. They develop advanced data models and deliver actionable recommendations to support strategic initiatives. This group manages end-to-end projects, fosters collaboration across functions, and drives data-driven decision making. With a focus on coaching and mentoring, the team builds capabilities and ensures continuous improvement. Their work enables informed business solutions that enhance performance and value, supporting Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models to drive business results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making and strategic recommendation development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including risk assessment and implementation oversight.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing tactical research plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
