About The Position

Snap Inc. is a technology company focused on improving communication through its camera products. The Ad Partnerships Group is responsible for negotiating and integrating product partnerships to drive growth in Snap’s Advertising business. This role, based in NYC, SF, or LA, will manage a portfolio of Snapchat’s ad partners within the Audiences, Identity, and Signals domains. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders in Ad Product and Engineering to establish and support these partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, business strategy, product marketing, product management, or partnerships.
  • Deep experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising Technology.
  • Experience defining, developing, and leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Expert knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising, and ad-effectiveness measurement techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
  • Problem-solving and analysis experience.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, while thoughtfully escalating problem areas as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Quantitative/analytical experience, specifically working in data or statistics.
  • Experience working as part of an international team.
  • Strong product acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic audience, signals, and identity partnerships, engaging with external executives to establish new and support existing partnerships that highlight the value of advertising on Snapchat.
  • Establish and lead new partnership opportunities from vetting and proof of concept to contract negotiation, operationalization, and go-to-market execution.
  • Develop strong C-level relationships and leverage insights to grow partner businesses and support strategic priorities.
  • Own and manage the vendor intake and evaluation process, lead contract negotiations, and complete deal execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve business, technical, and integration issues, acting as an internal advocate.
  • Influence cross-functional leadership to align goals and achieve the company’s mission and strategy.
  • Work towards bi-annual OKRs, including advertiser & revenue growth, adoption of new technology solutions, and driving solution adoption.
