About The Position
A growing P&C insurance organization is seeking a Manager, Actuarial Support Analyst to lead an implementation focused team supporting rate development, filings, and cross functional analytics. This would be a strong fit for candidates with actuarial exam progress who transitioned into product or actuarial support and enjoy leading projects and teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial support, or product management/development
- Strong understanding of rate development and insurance product structure
- Experience working across product, actuarial, and IT teams
- Strong communication and project management skills

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate actuarial support analysts supporting product and actuarial teams
- Oversee rate table development, filings, and regulatory documentation
- Partner with product, actuarial, and IT to translate business needs into execution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery
- Provide coaching, direction, and performance management for team members
