About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Services team, ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid, client-facing role is based out of a Menlo Park, CA corporate campus and offers direct visibility with executive stakeholders. You will serve as the primary financial point of contact for a high-profile confidential technology client, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. This role offers high visibility with executive-level client stakeholders, is part of an innovative, fast-growing account within Sodexo Corporate Services, and has a hybrid work arrangement with the Bay Area or Seattle preferred. Requirements

Experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior client-facing financial role (B2B experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to present financial data and tell a story to executive audiences
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency with client portal platforms a plus
SAP experience preferred; client-based platform experience a plus
Self-starter who is highly detail oriented, collaborative, and thrives working independently
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary financial point of contact (POC) for a confidential corporate technology client
Present financial analyses and reporting to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Translate complex datasets into accessible narratives and client-facing dashboards
Collaborate with the portal analyst group manager on reporting outputs and insights
Manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
