Manager, Accounting

AndurilCosta Mesa, CA

About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager to build and lead the long-lived assets function — property, plant, and equipment, leases, and intangibles. The Accounting team owns the close, technical accounting, and reporting infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling companies in defense. This is a build seat more than a maintain seat: we are preparing for a future potential IPO, expanding rapidly, and integrating acquired businesses, so you will set the processes, systems, and controls this function runs on for years. The ideal candidate will be able to support the hyper growth of our business and will therefore need to be comfortable and experienced moving at an incredibly fast pace. Come join us as we disrupt an entire industry and help take your career to the next level with a team that is charging towards changing the world of defense.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth organization.
