About The Position

Stable Rock is seeking a highly collaborative, skilled and detail-oriented Manager to join and support the Accounting & CFO Services team. The ideal candidate will play an important role by preparing and analyzing financial information and ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position features a hybrid work arrangement, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
5-7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or related experience.
CPA certification required.
Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to apply them to financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment where you can work both autonomously and, in a team-oriented setting.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Initiative, commitment to professional development, attention to detail, and client service excellence.
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of accounting G/L software such as Xero, QuickBooks (desktop and online), NetSuite, and Sage Intacct.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Client Account Services is a plus.
Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, inventory and SaaS software a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of a client's business and aspects of their industry.
Client write ups and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Review and prepare clear and concise working papers.
Organize and consult with clients on transactional issues.
Assist with onboarding new clients.
Preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports.
Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets.
Provide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications.
Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently with assigned teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor and build and maintain valued-added relationships with clients and their teams.
Contribute to special projects, as needed.
