The Manager, Account & Project Management, Strategic Account Solutions oversees the performance, satisfaction, and growth of Urology customer accounts while managing project delivery across multiple workstreams. This role ensures successful execution of customer implementations, provides oversight for project teams, and supports customer needs throughout the lifecycle of each engagement. In addition to account oversight, this role leads the planning and execution of business unit–level events, meetings, and internal collaborations. The Manager operates with moderate independence, supervises professional staff, contributes to departmental policy development, and helps maintain consistent standards across the project management function.
