Position Summary The Grassroots Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing localized marketing initiatives across select regions of Central and North Florida. This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with healthcare provider groups, independent brokers, and broker agencies to drive brand awareness and business growth. The position will develop and manage co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinate community-based outreach efforts, and track performance metrics to evaluate return on investment (ROI). Success in this role requires strong relationship management, analytical skills, and the ability to execute targeted, field-based marketing strategies within key markets, including The Villages and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in grassroots, field, or community-based marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and measure marketing effectiveness
  • Willingness to travel locally within Central and North Florida

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of grassroots marketing experience
  • Established relationships with medical groups, brokers, and broker agencies in Central and/or North Florida
  • Experience working within markets influenced by The Villages
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or related industries
