About The Position

This position provides strategic and operational leadership for the Faculty's academic program administration and student services functions. The Manager is responsible for the effective planning, delivery, integration, and continuous improvement of administrative services supporting undergraduate, graduate, and post-professional programs. This role ensures alignment with Faculty priorities, University policies, accreditation requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Manager leads a multidisciplinary administrative team overseeing academic program operations, student services, curriculum administration, experiential education support, and related academic processes. In collaboration with the Dean's Office, Associate Deans, academic leaders, faculty members, and central service partners, the position ensures administrative systems, processes, and resources effectively support the Faculty's teaching mission and provide a high-quality experience for students, faculty, and staff. The Manager also provides leadership in organizational planning, resource allocation, process improvement, policy implementation, and service delivery, while fostering collaboration across functional areas for efficient, responsive, and sustainable operations.
