About The Position

Start your journey at ASML by joining our Management Traineeship Program designed to develop future leaders at ASML. Throughout your first three years of the Management traineeship, you will rotate across multiple departments, gaining broad exposure to both strategic and technical challenges. This cross-sectoral experience empowers you to take initiative, work on impactful projects, and develop the leadership skills necessary to thrive in a fast-evolving industry. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Optical Engineering; Computer Science; Software Engineering; Data Engineering; Physics
  • Must be willing to travel 30% of the time - domestically and internationally, including two-3 month project assignments.
  • Rotational assignments may require working in a clean room environment, which includes wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for the entire duration of shift.
  • Rotational assignments may require access to customer site locations, which may require flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and align efforts accordingly.
  • Curiosity to learn and apply new technical or business concepts.
  • Capacity to think creatively and innovatively with willingness to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Ability to nurture relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Resilience, learning agility, and a flexible mindset.
  • This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship experience at ASML or other semiconductor-related company preferred
  • Prior experience in leadership positions in clubs or organizations a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational assignments, each with technical components and concrete deliverables.
  • Prepare and present findings to management.
